For any undamaged product, simply return it with the original packaging along with the original receipt and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product and we'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
If a Product is damaged, incorrect or faulty, you should contact us within 7 days at [email protected] to arrange your return or exchange.
You must comply with directions or instructions given by us in relation to returning the damaged, faulty or defective Products to us or the manufacturer.
Returned Products must be returned with proof of purchase.
If you have not received your delivery after 7 days please contact us so we can chase it up.
